This chapter governs the determination of eligibility for the Maryland Medical Assistance Program.
B.
Eligibility may be established for the following coverage groups:
(1)
The MAGI coverage groups whose income standard is based on the modified adjusted gross income methodology specified in the Affordable Care Act of 2010, effective January 1, 2014; and
(2)
The MAGI Exempt coverage groups whose income standard is based on Title XIX of the Social Security Act.
