In order to participate in the Program a provider shall: Be licensed by the Department in accordance with requirements of Health-General Article, §19-308, Annotated Code of Maryland; Meet the standards established by COMAR 10.07.04; and Obtain other licenses as may be required by applicable State and local laws. A physician providing services in a residential treatment center shall be licensed and legally authorized to practice medicine in the state in which the service is provided.
