In order to be determined eligible for benefits under the Family Planning Program, an applicant: Shall: Have a household income that does not exceed 250 percent of the federal poverty level; and Meet the following requirements: Citizenship requirements in COMAR 10.09.24.05; Identity requirements in COMAR 10.09.24.05-1AF and H; and Residency requirements in COMAR 10.09.24.05-3. May not be: Pregnant; Determined eligible for another Medical Assistance Program; or An incarcerated inmate in a public institution as defined in COMAR 10.09.24.05-5A. An applicant whose income does not exceed 250 percent of the federal poverty level and is determined eligible for pregnancy or postpartum coverage under COMAR 10.09.24 shall be: Enrolled for 1 year without filing a separate application after pregnancy related period of eligibility ends; and Redetermined for eligibility based on the criteria in §A of this regulation.
