Reimbursement may be made by the Program only when the requirements of this chapter are met. The Program may not reimburse the following combinations of services for a participant for the same date of service: Senior Center Plus and Medical Day Care under this chapter; Assisted living services under this chapter and personal assistance services under COMAR 10.09.20 or COMAR 10.09.84; Assisted living services and respite care under this chapter; or Respite care under this chapter and personal assistance services covered under COMAR 10.09.20 or COMAR 10.09.84. Reimbursement by the Program for respite care shall be limited to 14 days per occurrence.
