Recovery and reimbursement are set forth in COMAR 10.09.36.07 and include, but are not limited to: Providing waiver services without a valid required license or appropriate credentials as required; Employing staff or consultants that do not meet conditions for participation in accordance with Regulation .04 of this chapter to provide services to waiver participants; Lacking adequate documentation of services that were billed to the Program; Submitting claims for services not authorized in the participant's plan of care; and Providing services that are not in accordance with the requirements of this chapter and other applicable regulations and law.
