The Administrator shall develop a Program description booklet. The Program description booklet is subject to approval by the Department. The Program description booklet shall describe the essential features of the Program including: Eligibility requirements; A listing of available prescription drug plans and details of the prescription drug plans; Termination provisions; Appeal procedures; Other Program guidelines; and All other terms, conditions, and limitations of the Program.
