A targeted low-income child certified for the separate CHIP Program is entitled to all health benefits through the Maryland Medicaid Managed Care Program. A birthing parent certified for the CHIP Health Services Initiative is entitled to all health benefits through the Maryland Medicaid Managed Care Program.
