Expressive and experiential behavioral services: May be provided to an individual or group; Provide sensory modalities to participants to assist in achieving POC objectives; and Include: Art behavioral services; Dance behavioral services; Equine-assisted behavioral services; Horticultural behavioral services; Music behavioral services; or Drama behavioral services. Qualification to Provide Expressive and Experiential Behavioral Services. To provide expressive and experiential behavioral services, an individual shall have: A bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited college or university; and Current registration in the applicable association as outlined in §E(5) of this regulation; Association Registration. Art Behavioral Services. To provide art behavioral services, an individual shall be currently registered as a registered art therapist by: The Art Therapy Credentials Board in the American Art Therapy Association; or A comparable association with equivalent requirements. For Dance Behavioral Services. To provide dance behavioral services, an individual shall be currently registered as a dance therapist registered, or an academy of dance therapists registered in: The American Dance Therapy Association; or A comparable association with equivalent requirements. For Equine-Assisted Behavioral Services. To provide equine-assisted behavioral services, an individual shall be currently certified by: The Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association (EAGALA) to provide services under the EAGALA model; Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International (PATHI); or A comparable association with certification requirements at least equivalent to EAGALA or PATHI. For Horticultural Behavioral Services. To provide horticultural behavioral services, an individual shall be currently registered as a horticultural therapist registered in: The American Horticultural Therapy Association; or A comparable association with equivalent requirements. For Music Behavioral Services. To provide music behavioral services, an individual shall be currently registered as a music therapist-board certified by: The Certification Board for Music Therapists, Inc; or A comparable association with equivalent requirements. For Drama Behavioral Services. To provide psychodrama/drama behavioral services, an individual shall be currently registered as a registered drama therapist or a board certified trainer in: The National Association for Drama Therapy; or A comparable association with equivalent requirements.
