Regulation .06 Limitations.

Services for individuals who are not eligible for Medicaid;

Services for individuals who are not medically eligible for chronic hospital services;

Services identified by the Department or its designee as not medically necessary;

Hospital services, procedures, drugs, or hospital admissions that are investigational or experimental;

Duplicated care or services;

Interpretation of laboratory tests or panels;

Inpatient and outpatient diagnostic and laboratory services not ordered by the attending physician or other practitioner involved in the participant’s care; or

Telephones, televisions, or personal comfort items or services.
