The Committee may conduct morbidity, mortality, and quality reviews associated with pregnancy, childbirth, infancy, and early childhood, including but not limited to reviews of the following: Individual cases or clusters of cases of morbidity or mortality; Maternal or neonatal transport to or from perinatal centers; and Aggregate or hospital-specific cases of mortality or morbidity associated with pregnancy, childbirth, infancy, or early childhood.
