Regulation .04 Contributions to the Maryland Cancer Fund.

An individual or each spouse in the case of a joint income tax return may contribute an amount to the Fund by:

Deducting the amount of the contribution from any refund due under a tax return; or

Adding the amount of the contribution to the income tax to be paid with a tax return.
