The Department:
A.
Shall administer the Fund;
B.
May not spend more than 5 percent of the proceeds received from the Comptroller for the Fund to promote further donations to the Fund; and
C.
Shall provide a grant in each fiscal year to persons to conduct one or more of the following cancer-related activities:
(1)
Research;
(2)
Primary prevention;
(3)
Secondary prevention; or
(4)
Treatment.
