The Department: Shall administer the Fund; May not spend more than 5 percent of the proceeds received from the Comptroller for the Fund to promote further donations to the Fund; and Shall provide a grant in each fiscal year to persons to conduct one or more of the following cancer-related activities: Research; Primary prevention; Secondary prevention; or Treatment.
