A grantee may not use grant funds from the Fund to pay for: Major medical equipment purchases; Renovations; Capital expenditures; or Cancer prevention or cancer treatment that would be provided by an individual's existing health insurance, including: Medical Assistance; Medicare; or Private health insurance.
