A.
A person may obtain an application packet from the CCPC for a cancer:
(1)
Research grant;
(2)
Primary prevention grant;
(3)
Secondary prevention grant; or
(4)
Treatment grant.
B.
An applicant may:
(1)
Apply for one or more grants in any fiscal year; and
(2)
Combine multiple requests for cancer research, primary prevention, or secondary prevention grants within a single application, provided that the information required for separate grant applications is included in the combined application.
