The following entities are eligible to apply for and receive a grant from the Department under the Program:
A.
A local fire department;
B.
A volunteer fire company;
C.
A volunteer fire department; and
D.
If authorized by a local fire department, volunteer fire company, or volunteer fire department, a county.
