The person-in-charge shall correct: Critical item violations immediately; Other violations except as provided in §A(3) of this regulation within: 30 days of the inspection; or Another time period specified by the approving authority based on applicable State and local laws, regulations, and ordinances; and Other violations at a temporary food service facility within: 24 hours of the inspection; or Another time period specified by the approving authority based on applicable State and local laws, regulations, and ordinances. The approving authority may modify the specified time period for correcting a violation if the person-in-charge: Submits a written schedule of compliance within a time frame for correcting a violation that is acceptable to the approving authority; and There is no immediate or substantial danger to public health.
