Before engaging in the business of manufacturing any frozen desserts mix or frozen dessert regardless of the name under which the product is sold, every person shall first obtain a license from the Maryland Department of Health, Office of Environmental Programs, Division of Milk Control. Only a person who complies with the requirements of this regulation is entitled to receive and retain a license. Suspension — Revocation of License. A license may be suspended or revoked by the Secretary as follows: Upon the violation by the holder of any of the provisions of this law and regulations; Immediately when an imminent health hazard is found to exist; or For interference with the Secretary in the performance of his duties.
