Regulation .13 Unit Processing Operations — Bottling Drinking Water.

The person-in-charge shall ensure that:

Finished product water meets the water quality standards set forth in Regulation .06 of this chapter;

Containers used in bottling are:

(1)

Made of food-grade materials;

(2)

Clean and sanitary when filled with finished product water; and

(3)

Properly sealed to prevent the contamination of the water after bottling;

Caps and closures are:

(1)

Made of food-grade materials;

(2)

Clean and sanitary when used; and

(3)

Properly sealed onto containers to prevent the contamination of the water after bottling;

Water is bottled in a room that meets the standards set forth in Regulation .07E of this chapter; and

During bottling, access into the bottling room is limited to persons needed for the bottling process.
