### Chapter 12 — Procedures for the Safe Handling and Processing of Juice

#### Regulation .01 Scope.

*COMAR 10.15.12.01*

This chapter:

A. Provides the HACCP requirements for juice processors as defined by this chapter.

B. Does not apply to a retail establishment or a food processing plant that:

  (1) Makes and sells juice directly to consumers; and

  (2) Does not sell or distribute juice to another business.

#### Regulation .02 Incorporation by Reference.

All provisions of 21 CFR 120 are incorporated by reference.

#### Regulation .03 Requirements for the Safe Handling and Processing of Juice.

*COMAR 10.15.12.03*

A juice processor, as defined in this chapter, shall comply with all of the requirements of 21 CFR 120.
