A permit holder whose health permit is suspended: Shall cease operation of the outdoor musical festival; and May not resume operation of the outdoor musical festival until: An inspection shows that the condition or conditions responsible for the suspension no longer exist; and The health officer reinstates the health permit. An applicant or permit holder whose health permit is denied or revoked: May not start operation of the outdoor musical festival; and Shall cease operation and may not start or resume operation until: A new application is submitted in accordance with Regulation .04 of this chapter; An inspection shows that the condition or conditions responsible for the denial or revocation no longer exist; All requirements of this chapter have been met by the applicant or permit holder; and The health officer issues a health permit.
