An operator shall correct a violation: Immediately, if it creates an imminent and substantial danger to a camper; and Within the period of time specified by the Department. The Department may modify a specified time limit of correction when a written schedule of compliance submitted by the camp operator assures that: The correction will be made within a mutually agreeable amount of time; and No imminent and substantial danger to a camper exists without the correction.
