Regulation .16 Orders.

When inspection of a youth camp as set forth in Regulation .09 of this chapter reveals a health or safety violation of this chapter, the Department may issue an order to abate the violation.

When the Department issues an order to abate a violation to a youth camp, the Department shall give the operator an opportunity for a hearing in accordance with Regulation .17 of this chapter.
