During an outbreak of a vaccine-preventable disease at a camp, the camp operator shall exclude:
A.
A camper who does not have documented vaccination or immunity to the relevant vaccine-preventable disease from attending the camp; and
B.
An individual who does not have documented vaccination or immunity to the relevant vaccine-preventable disease from working or volunteering at the camp.
