An owner shall ensure that a public pool or spa site: Drains away from the pool or spa area; Has water and waste water facilities that conform to the requirements of: COMAR 09.20.01, COMAR 26.04.01—26.04.04, and Local plumbing code requirements; Has a walkway between a pool or spa and appurtenant buildings such as a bathhouse or equipment room; and Complies with applicable State and local codes.
