Regulation .38 Equipment Installation and Operating Instructions.

An owner of a public pool or spa shall ensure that:

Pool and spa equipment is installed according to manufacturers' instructions and this chapter;

Valves, controls, gauges, filters, pumps, feeders, and other operating equipment are easily accessible;

Valves, controls, and piping are permanently numbered, labeled, or color-coded to identify their purpose or function; and

Operating instructions for the circulation and water treatment systems:

(1)

Refer to the number, label, or color code of the valves, controls, and piping, and

(2)

Are posted in the equipment room in a water-resistant cover.
