A county or municipality that owns and operates a swimming pool shall:
A.
Maintain the certificate, equipment and supplies as required by COMAR 30.06.02; and
B.
Submit the reports as required by COMAR 30.06.02 to the Maryland Institute for Emergency Medical Services Systems (MIEMSS).
