Regulation .17 Grievances.

A TGH shall develop and implement a process for the prompt and objective resolution of grievances that may be presented by a child or by a child's parent, guardian, or primary caretaker.

The TGH shall prominently display, in accessible centralized locations, the written description of the grievance procedure.
