RRP Program Director. The PRP program director shall either: Carry out the RRP program director's duties that are delineated in this chapter; or Appoint an RRP program director with the qualifications outlined in COMAR 10.21.21.08C. RRP Staff. The RRP program director shall ensure the deployment of sufficient staff to carry out the RRP: Model described in Regulation .06 of this chapter; Activities outlined in the individual's IRPs; and Staff support outlined in Regulation .09D of this chapter.
