The Department shall grant approval to a program to be eligible to receive State or federal funds for providing PRP services for minors if the program meets the requirements: For approval outlined in COMAR 10.21.16; For administration outlined in COMAR 10.21.17; For Medical Assistance providers outlined in COMAR 10.09.36, 10.09.59, and 10.09.70; and Of this chapter.
