The Department shall grant approval to a TMH provider to be eligible to receive State or federal funds for providing interactive TMH services if the TMH provider meets the requirements of this chapter and: For outpatient mental health centers, COMAR 10.21.20; or If the TMH provider is an individual psychiatrist, COMAR 10.09.36.
