In addition to this chapter, a person who provides residential services to an individual shall comply with the following regulations of this subtitle: COMAR 10.22.01; COMAR 10.22.02; COMAR 10.22.03; COMAR 10.22.04; COMAR 10.22.05; and COMAR 10.22.10, when applicable.
