These regulations delineate the eligibility and access determination process involved in obtaining funding for services from the Developmental Disabilities Administration. By outlining the eligibility and access process, these regulations comply with the requirements of Health-General Article, Title 7, Subtitle 4. They establish a uniformly applied Statewide policy that recognizes the needs of families and the comparative urgency of these needs.
