#### Regulation .01 Scope.

*COMAR 10.22.15.01*

A. These regulations address the management and use of money in the waiting list equity fund.

B. The waiting list equity fund may not be used to supplant funds requested or appropriated for:

  (1) Emergency community placements; or

  (2) Transitioning students.
