To be eligible for services funded from the waiting list equity fund, an individual shall: Be a resident of Maryland; Have an appropriate evaluation that finds that the individual: Has a developmental disability, or Is eligible for support services; Leave a State residential center on or after October 1, 1994, to be served in community-based services as specified in Regulation .05A of this chapter; or Be in the community on the waiting list for community-based services in one of the following categories: Crisis resolution, Crisis prevention, or Current request. A determination made under §A(2) of this regulation may be reopened on the provision of an additional evaluation after 1 year from the initial evaluation.
