A.
A reporting entity may request an extension of an additional 30 days time to provide the required data report.
B.
For a 30-day extension request to be considered by Commission staff, the reporting entity shall submit a written request to the Executive Director at least 30 days before the required submission date that includes:
(1)
The extraordinary cause necessitating the extension request; and
(2)
A proposed date, which is no more than 30 days after the initial required submission date, when the reporting entity will provide the required data to the Commission.
