Application for renewal of certification shall be made at least 60 days before the expiration of the certification in a form and manner specified by the Commission. A recertification fee shall be paid to the Commission at the time the MHCC Electronic Health Network recertification application is filed. For an electronic health network with one operational site, a recertification fee of $250 shall be paid at the time the application is filed. For an electronic health network with more than one operational site, a recertification fee of $250, plus a $125 fee for each additional operational site, shall be paid at the time the application is filed. The Commission shall renew the certification of each renewal applicant that continues to meet the standards set forth in Regulation .05 of this chapter. The Commission shall issue a renewal of certification to an applicant that has met all the requirements of this regulation.
