#### Regulation .17 Reporting Requirements to the General Assembly.

On or before November 1 of each year, the Commission and the HSCRC shall report to the General Assembly in accordance with Health-General Article, §19-130(f) and State Government Article, §2-1246, Annotated Code of Maryland.
