#### Regulation .03 Fees.

*COMAR 10.26.01.03*

The following fees are established by the Board:

A. Initial application — $525;

B. Renewal application — December 1997 and beyond — $525;

C. Application for inactive status — $100;

D. Late application (any application) — $100;

E. Reinstatement — $200;

F. Fine for failure to notify Board of change in name or address — $50;

G. Examination equivalency review plus all necessary travel, accommodations, and translation or other expenses — $250;

H. Application for professional corporate name — $20;

I. Application for certification to practice acupuncture on animals — $100;

J. Auricular detoxification specialist registration — $50;

K. Auricular detoxification specialist registration renewal — $25;

L. Auricular detoxification specialist registration reinstatement — $100;

M. License verification — $50; and

N. Roster — $25.
