A.
A licensee shall be licensed to practice acupuncture only under the name indicated on the license.
B.
A licensee wishing to change the name under which the licensee practices shall obtain prior Board approval.
C.
The failure of a licensee to practice under the name on the license may:
(1)
Result in a fine; or
(2)
Be considered unprofessional conduct by the Board and constitute grounds for disciplinary action.
