The committee may expel a participant from the program for failure to comply with any of the conditions of the plan or agreement. The committee shall: Report to the Board the name and license number of any participant who is expelled from the program; and Transfer to the Board the records of any participant expelled from the program. A participant who is expelled from the program may be subject to discipline.
