Regulation .04 Infusion Therapy Acts — General.

The licensee shall comply with the employer's written policies and procedures which are in compliance with this chapter regarding infusion therapy.

The licensee shall maintain medical records in accordance with Health-General Article, Title 4, Subtitle 4, Annotated Code of Maryland.
