The licensed nurse may not: Perform cosmetic procedures on a standing order or protocol; Perform the pre-procedure medical assessment or evaluation; Perform medical diagnosis or prescribe cosmetic procedures; Develop the client treatment plan; Prescribe medications for cosmetic or dermatological procedures; Perform the post-procedure medical evaluation of the client; and Administer injections for the purpose of: Mesotherapy; and Lipodissolve. The nurse may not perform: Liposuction; Hair transplants; Invasive radiofrequency procedures; Phenopeels; Sculptra injections; and Lipostabil or phosphatidycholine for the purpose of lipodissolve.
