The following terms have the meanings indicated. Terms Defined. “Advertising” means calling to the attention of the public the services one has to offer, including, but not limited to, by written, oral, or electronic methods. “Board” means the State Board of Examiners in Optometry. “Optometrist” means an individual who holds a current license to practice optometry in Maryland.
