### Chapter 01 — General Regulations

#### Regulation .09 Residency Requirements.

*COMAR 10.30.01.09*

To be eligible for the Kidney Disease Program, an individual shall be one of the following:

A. A citizen of the United States residing in Maryland; or

B. An alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence or otherwise permanently residing in the United States under color of law, including an alien who is lawfully present in the United States pursuant to 8 U.S.C. §1101 et seq. and who is residing in Maryland.
