The following fees are applicable to polysomnographic technologists: Initial licensure application fee — $200; License renewal fees: License renewal fee — $150; and Maryland Health Care Commission (MHCC) fee — As determined by MHCC in accordance with COMAR 10.25.02; Reinstatement fee — $200; and Written verification of licensure fee — $25. Fees paid to the Board are non-refundable.
