Regulation .07 Examination.

A disciplinary panel may require an applicant for licensure or a licensee to submit to one or more physical, mental, or other examinations, by a physician or evaluation program for treatment of impaired respiratory care practitioners, or both, chosen by a disciplinary panel to determine the applicant's ability to practice respiratory care.

The applicant or licensee shall pay the costs of the evaluations required in §A of this regulation.
