This chapter governs reporting requirements to the Board of Physicians concerning health care providers and naturopathic doctors by: Hospitals; Related institutions; Employers of allied health providers or naturopathic doctors; Health care facilities; State agencies; Health care practitioners; Naturopathic doctors; and Alternative health systems.
