Regulation .15 Summary Suspension of Dispensing Permit.

The Board may summarily suspend a dispensing permit if it finds that the public safety, health, or welfare imperatively requires emergency action.

Procedures for summary suspension shall be governed by COMAR 10.32.02.08.
