A.
Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, effective July 1, 2026, an individual shall be licensed by the Board before the individual may practice as an assisted living manager in the State.
B.
This chapter governs assisted living managers in the State pursuant to Health Occupations Article, Title 9, Annotated Code of Maryland.
